A delivery problem should not become an installation shortcut
Count cartons against the manufacturer’s list and inspect obvious damage before removing labels. Do not combine hardware bags from similar products or substitute unknown screws. Photograph a damaged panel and keep the packaging required for a claim. If a component is missing, assemble only when the instructions permit a safe pause that will not distort or weaken the item. Store incomplete work flat and away from circulation. The installer should not cut a cabinet, enlarge holes or modify a bracket simply to rescue an incorrect delivery unless a separately approved repair is technically sound and will not void the product route.
